It’s easy to set up a Shop on Ibaadat. Create an account (if you don’t already have one), set your shop location and currency, choose a shop name, create a listing, set a payment method (how you want to be paid) and finally set a billing method (how you want to pay your Ibaadat fees).

Ibaadat provides a marketplace with a unique platform for your spiritual products and extraordinary items which you are willing to share with others. Self Made, Crystals, Decks and so much more. Kindly mail us at info@ibaadat.in for more information and approval of your products as we intend to maintain Ibaadat as a unique and spiritual products platform only.

Products that are featured by Ibaadat are not permitted to be copied or sold by any other seller here.

Joining and starting a shop on Ibaadat is free.
Get your items listed, pay 4.5% for transaction fee, and for Razor pay 2.5% only.

By listing a product for sale on Ibaadat you understand and agree that you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations for the products you list for sale, including any required labels and warnings. Ibaadat assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, labelling, or content of your listings.

We also allow easy payment management processing with PayPal, Gpay, paytm, bank transfer, and upi for facilitating your buyers in completing their transactions.

Your shop represents you and your business to the Ibaadat community. It’s important that you, your items and your shop are honestly and accurately represented.

By selling on Ibaadat, you agree that you will:
Provide honest, accurate information in your About section.
Honour your Shop Policies.
Ensure your shop content, such as any text, photos or videos used to represent yourself, your shop or your listings, abide by Ibaadat policies, including our Anti-Discrimination policy.

Items related to spirituality like; Crystals, Decks, Intention Oils, etc.

We do not permit to offer any Dark Spells or love spells

Even if they otherwise meet our marketplace criteria, prohibited items, services, and items that violate our intellectual property policies are not allowed to be sold on Ibaadat.

For modifications, etc. of your order just drop us an email at info@ibaadat.in and we’ll handle it.

We allow easy payment management processing with PayPal and other online payment applications Gpay, paytm, bank transfer and upi for facilitating your buyers in completing their transaction.

Please allow 3-4 business days for order processing.

Registering for an Argent account saves time and makes your life easier with quicker checkouts, even easier returns, and access to your full order history.

After sign in, go to the ‘Track or Edit Your Order’ page and then enter the tracking number (you’ll find that in your confirmation email).

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 8 days. If 8 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You need to email us at info@ibaadat.in with proper images of the product showing the defect and original packaging. We will re-print and ship a new product to you.

Kindly unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.

 If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange

We only replace/ refund items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Info@ibaadat.in and send your item to the provided address.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

It takes about 1-2 weeks to process your refund. We’ll send you an email when we’ve received the item(s) and processed the refund.
